Overview
This committee is one of the first committee to be created in our society. This committee is of critical importance and will play a crucial & pivotal role to make the world aware about the mission and activies of SSBTR. It is important to note here that this committee will function in conjunction with all the other committees and will do whatever is necessary to take SSBTR up on the global map. Moreover, this committee will also serve as the IT backbone of our society covering all co-related aspects of IT Infrastructure in the widest possible range. The primary domain of this committee are the oficial website & blog, Social Media Penetration and Engagement, Global Search Engine Optimization, Ranking & Positioning, Online Promotion, Publicity & Broadcasting, Domain & Webserver, Internal IT & Email Infrastructure and everything related to the world wide web coreleating with the activities and policies of SSBTR.
Primary Responsibilites
- To address the development and constant improvisation of the official website.
- To generate community awareness and drive community participation in the functional Mission and Vision of SSBTR.
- To create all public facing content of SSBTR primariliy involving the website, blog, social media, online publicity & broadcasting, online advertisements, print and media collaterals and everything corelated.
- To publish / maintain / update all public informations about our society in our official website, blog and everywhere on the internet.
- Will be solely responsible for all internet based publicity and broadcasting of SSBTR via our website, blog, various social media platforms and other related online activities and methodologies.
- To work closely with the events committee for all internet based broadcasting & publicity of all our forthcoming events, seminars, conferences to name a few.
- Will be solely responsible for every possible activities in the areas of Search Engine Optimization, Ranking and Positioning for our official website and blog.
- To oversee the "In-Site Online Advertisement Procurement Process" in the website and in this aspect this committee will work closely with the Finance and Adverisement Committee.
- To oversee / create / maintain / publish / update all programs & softwares genererated by SSBTR in close conjunction with the Library Committee.
- To publicize and generate revenue for all premium and paid software solutions as created by SSBTR.
- To maintain / manage all necessary internal hardware / software / network / internet & communication infrastructure for SSBTR.
