    Mr. Sayan Mukherjee

    SSBTR is thankful to Mr. Sayan Mukherjee, for his donation of INR 3000/- on 2015-March-27 (by Bank Transfer). Mr. Mukherjee is a Ph.D. student of the Department of Molecular Biology, Biophysics & Bioinformatics of University of Calcutta. He received both Bachelor's and Master's degree from the same university and stood 1st Class 1st in both the examinations. He also qualified in National Entrance Examination conducted by CSIR-UGC with a call for Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukkherjee Memorial Fellowship. He had scored 1440 out of 1600, 298 out of 300 and 89 percentile in GRE, TOEFEL and Subject (Chemistry) GRE Examination respectively. He also stood first with Biology and stood 6th with Chemistry in the Ph.D Entrance Examination of IISc, Bangalore, India and also got chance in the Ph.D. programs of Rutgers University, NJ, USA (a top 10 public university in the world-wide ranking); however, he like to build up a research career in the area of Systems Biology & Medicine and hence joined the research group of Dr. Durjoy Majumder for pursuing further research. He is a fan of Open Source (LINUX) Platform of computation.

    Mr. Anandamoy Chakraborty

    Mr. Anandamoy Chakraborty an eminent LIC Club Member by profession and Social Worker by passion donated INR 5000.00 on 8th Jan, 2015 by cheque no. 624099 of Vijaya Bank. He is the first person who contributed to SSBTR. Our Society on behalf of all our members acknowledges his contribution and support to our scientific endeavour.
